Upcoming show

Traitor at Beeches- poster final.png

From 30th April to 2nd May 2026, join us for the first ever performance of Traitor at the Beeches, a brand-new comedy drama that follows a group of mature, eccentric Second World War veterans on the hunt for the traitor within their midst.

Set in Beeches Manor residential home in 2001, the residents find their comfortable, routine life under threat. A glamorous new resident from Los Angeles sweeps in, leaving residents and staff alike in shock and awe, and shattering news arrives of wartime treachery, threatening the residents' deep-rooted bonds.

Belligerent Colonel, wheeler dealer Walker, mystical Cassandra and no-nonsense Iris need to utilise their long-held skills to unravel the mystery of the traitor's identity as well as dealing with two troublesome new housekeepers...

Booking your tickets

You can call our Box Office telephone number (answerphone) 0118 328 2825 or order tickets online by clicking the above link.

We only accept credit cards through our online booking page. However, we do now have a credit card facility if you collect tickets on the door. We strongly recommend buying and collecting tickets in advance, as there are nearly always queues before a performance.

Although tickets may be available on the door, we recommend booking in advance to guarantee a good seat. Pantomime performances do get booked up well in advance and often we will sell all 200 seats.

Our venue

We stage all our public performances at Loddon Hall in Twyford, Berkshire. This is a large hall close to the centre of the village, with good facilities for our audiences. The main hall of this well-known community centre is converted into a theatre auditorium for a few days and the stage transformed to provide the setting for our production.

Accessibility

There is level access into the hall from the car park apart from one very low step. An accessible toilet is available. The auditorium is not raked, however the stage is raised.

Arriving by car

There is a large car park immediately in front of the hall although latecomers may find it full. The postcode for your satnav is RG10 9JA.

Arriving by train

Twyford Station is about fifteen minutes walk. It has an excellent service of trains to Reading, Henley-on-Thames, Maidenhead and London.

Food and drink

Usually you can order your interval drinks at the bar before the show. We also serve tea, coffee and biscuits.
